The word transformative and life changing are not unusual to hear after people have fully engaged with coaching. Offering coaching to all levels of management results in a more engaged workforce and stronger more cohesive teams. For the individual it will help you understand and manage a range of situations you may currently find challenging and help you show up in your work and life as the person you want to be, identifying and achieving your goals and aspirations.

This can work well for those who have had coaching before and have a simple one-off issue or decision they would like to talk through.
Clients who have been through either the MOT or Dig a Little Deeper sessions may take this option at a reduced rate.
An initial MOT for life and career can be good starting place if you haven’t had coaching before or for a long time. This consists of 4 sessions: 2 hours for the first exploratory session and a further 2 sessions of 1 hour each. This will help you clarify your goals, understand where you are now, what really matters to you, identify themes and patterns and begin to give you the tools to achieve your goals and aspirations and start to row out towards them.
This can either be an add-on to the MOT or a stand alone. It is much more likely to be transformative. For leaders, or potential leaders, it can identify and clarify your leadership vision and turn it into reality. It can ensure you are ready to take on that new challenge, be clear on what sort of leader you want to be, help you increase credibility with your team, senior management, and clients alike.
It’s also a good option for those suffering from imposter syndrome, or simply ‘stuck’ or anxious, and help unlock your full potential. It can help you navigate your way through challenging times, difficult relationships and/or situations. This option can also work well for CEO’s of start-ups or SME’s looking to take their firm to the next level.
The first session is 2 hours and the subsequent 5 sessions are 1.5 hours each.
